Kung Fu martial art is an interrelation of culture, a form of exercise and also a way to safeguard yourself.

Art is very popular worldwide, also known as Gung Fu, Wu Shu, and even Kuo Shu. Share some common traits with Karate, such as using hand and foot techniques.

Kung Fu is one of the uttermost prominent forms of martial arts, and also one of the primeval.

Within Kung Fu, there are distinct styles and alterations, although the most popular are those that have their genealogy in the well-known Shaolin Temple.

Nonetheless, what most people don't know is the fact that Kung Fu was practiced in China years before the first Shaolin temple was thought of.

Most martial arts admirer consider that self defense is the eventual goal of any martial art, including Kung Fu.

While self defense is involved with Kung Fu, martial art is much more than just fighting and guarding yourself: it is a true art, one that develops the mind, body, and soul.

Kung Fu does not teach students to beat others, as it teaches them to look within themselves and learn to have full and total control over their emotions. Kung Fu is an art of kinship, which train students to remain in peace and avoid confrontation.

If a situation intimidate bodily harm to the student, then he must arise to the occasion: become the warrior and safeguard himself.

Like alternative types of martial arts, Kung Fu develop balance that is imperative to executing techniques and proper movement.

The elemental perception behind balance is the same balance that the Chinese believe sustain the balance between heaven and earth. Students can achieve this concept of balance by fully focusing their thoughts and emptying their minds without any distraction.

Kung Fu is a martial art that anyone can learn. A strong desire is needed, like any other martial art. It has a rich ancestry and a proud legacy.

Kung Fu is indeed a deadly martial art, if used incorrectly. There are also variations of Kung Fu, which include the five vicious animals: tiger, dragon, crane, eagle claw and snake.

Adapted by the animals in which they bear his name, the style of the five animals is one of the most impressive in martial arts.

Tiger Claw is by far the noxious of the five animals, and teaches students to strike like the dreaded tiger. This style teaches the student's power in his hands, so that when he attacks, he tears the flesh. Tiger Claw is very deadly, although today it is very difficult to find instructors who teach this style.

Unlike other martial arts, there really is no competition for Kung Fu.

Stylists can compete in other competitions, although in reality there is none that is only for Kung Fu.

It is an ancient martial art, to be used only in cases where there is no other option but to fight. When provoked, the stylist should try his best to avoid confrontation.

Kung Fu aims to teach the lessons of respect, justice to others, harmony of spirit, and total self-control no matter what happens.

These characteristics, when combined, allow students to achieve success in a difficult society to deal with. Kung Fu is about developing the student's general well-being and following the direct path to mental and physical strength.
